There will be NO school on Thursday, October 20th for a PIR Day.
We will be having a Flu/COVID clinic here on Wednesday, October 19th. Forms have been handed out to students. Please sign and return forms to the office by Wednesday. If your student will not be receiving a flu shot, you do not need to return the forms.
Close Up is selling raffle tickets for two 1/2 beefs and other prizes to benefit the Basin Wellness Center Project and Close Up. Tickets are $25, drawing December 5. Contact a Close Up student to purchase a ticket.
Due to the weather, the Drive-In Movie is being moved to the school auditorium. Same movies, same time! Come join us for a fun night!
The Junior Class would like to invite everyone to a Drive-In movie at the football field on Saturday, October 8th. There is no charge for admission, but there will be snacks and beverages available to purchase. Movie choices are:
7:00 p.m. : Toy Story of Terror and It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. 8:00 p.m.: A Quiet Place
You can park around the fence as you would for a football game or sit on the field.
4H meeting tonight at 6:45 in the school lunchroom. We are starting the new 4H year, so anyone interested in joining, please plan on attending. There will be pizza and treats.

Reminder of our Immunization Clinic here tomorrow afternoon. If you would like your child to receive immunizations, please sign the forms that were mailed out to you and return to the office. If you have any questions, please call the Central Montana Health District at 406-535-7433
The Stanford Booster Club is looking for members! Do you want to be involved with our students and school? The Booster Club is very involved and they strive to give all kids opportunities to be involved. More information on how you can join can be found on the flyer located in "Documents", then "Booster Club".
Picture Day is next Thursday, September 22nd. Picture Forms have been handed out. Forms can also be found under "Documents", then "Forms". Please return forms and money by the 22nd.
FYI-JHVB parents-Earlier start with JHVB this afternoon, 4 p.m., will mean practice will conclude around 5:30 p.m.
Don't forget: There will be No school on Monday, September 5th due to Labor Day. We WILL have school on Friday, September 9th.
Fall athletics pictures will be taken by Ubet Photography. HSVB and HSFB pictures will be in Denton-Monday, Aug. 29th. JHVB and JHFB, and Cheer pictures will be in Stanford-Tuesday, Aug. 30th. Picture forms can be found under "athletics".
Little Bearcat soccer forms are due! There has been interest in starting a soccer team for kids ages 5-7 and 8-9. Forms were sent home with students. If your child would be interested in participating, please return the registration form or contact Meredith Phillipe by Thursday, August 25th. The registration deadline with Lewistown Soccer League is Friday, August 26th. We hope to get enough interest to get a couple of teams together! If anyone is interested in coaching, please let us know!

NO school on Monday, September 5th (Labor Day)
We WILL have school Friday, September 9th.
2nd Day of ImPACT Testing today, Tuesday, Aug. 9th from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. If your Fall sports student/athlete has not taken the test, please show up at Stanford School. All paperwork will be handed out at that time! HS practices begin Friday, Aug. 12th @ 6 p.m. in Stanford. All physicals and ImPACT tests need to be in by that time. Please drop off other paperwork with your coaches.
2022/2023 Activity Passes are now available in the office. Passes are good for all home games in Denton, Geyser, Stanford and Geraldine during the regular 2022/2023 season.
Please check out updated DGSG Fall Sports Schedules. They always seem to be very fluid and that includes this year. JHFB will now begin Monday, Aug. 29th and we will cut the 1st JHFB game vs. Shields Valley. HSFB and HSVB will begin Friday, Aug. 12th @ 6 p.m. in Stanford. JHVB will begin Monday, Aug. 15th @ Denton @ 4:30 p.m. (All schedules will be available to be downloaded from the Stanford School website, under Documents and Fall Sports. Go Bearcats!
